The power of natural healing.
Michael (age 40)
Michael has chronic pelvic pain with bladder and constipation issues. Our work together has decreased his pain and improved his quality of life. With his improved gastrointestinal and urinary function, Michael is now able to sit more comfortably at his desk, sleep better, and has significantly decreased his number of daily and nightly visits to the bathroom.
Chris (college student)
Chris suffered multiple youth sports-related injuries over the years including sprains and fractures which I helped him to recover from. After a wrist fracture during his senior year of high school, I provided post-operative acupuncture care in addition to physical therapy which helped him regain mobility of the wrist, allowing him to keep his college sports scholarship.
Marion (age 70)
Marion suffers from anxiety, insomnia, chronic pelvic pain, and headaches, much of which is related to physical and emotional trauma she suffered at an earlier age. Our work together has decreased her anxiety, significantly decreased
her pain, and has improved her sleep patterns. Additionally, we were able to ease her off opioid pain meds, allowing her to transition to safer pain-relief options, when needed. With regular acupuncture and pelvic floor physical therapy treatments, Marion continues to improve and manage her chronic pelvic pain symptoms.
Angela (age 35)
Angela had battled chronic IBS and insomnia since high school. When I first started seeing her as a patient, she was in a lot of discomfort, was unable to go out to eat (due to urgent episodes of diarrhea), and was embarrassed to date anyone. After six months of acupuncture and herbal treatment, Angela felt much better and was more confident about dating and eating in restaurants - things only improved over time, making a profoundly positive impact on her quality of life.
Christina (age 38)
Married, mother of a young child, and a full-time designer, Christina suffered from severe migraine headaches. Her condition worsened over time to the point where she had to work from a dark room at home and was rarely able to socialize. After several months of acupuncture and herbal treatment, the severity and frequency of her headaches lessened, greatly improving her quality of life. After twelve months of treatment, Christina was able to stop taking her prescribed migraine medications on a regular basis, and now rarely uses or needs them .
